Will Abandon by Blake Crouch work for this task ? Not having read it I can't be sure if the blizzard takes place or they get out in time (I am going to presume that they don't, because I think it would be a much shorter book if they didn't ;) )

Yes this works.
Yes this works.
Would Snowed in with the Billionaire be classed for Book 1. The synopsis says In SNOWED IN WITH THE BILLIONAIRE, an event planner finds that a sexy rockstar client plus an unexpected blizzard equals a very private party... for two!In CHRISTMAS WITH THE BILLIONAIRE, wannabe-actress Jill winds up playing girlfriend when she's stranded with arrogantly hot producer Oliver. But will their romance last when the snow starts melting?
Many thanks

MorningI was wondering if Whiteout would work for Book 1. The GR description has "With winter closing in and the snow falling relentlessly..." in it.
Thanks.
Trish, I tried to find a reference to "being snowed in" or "being a blizzered" and was not able to. I have not read this, so I do not know, so I am hesitant to approve it. If you can find a reference to it, repost here, and it should be approved. Or you could read the book and hopefully find a quote from it that would help to verify. Too me, just the fact that the snow is falling relentlessly is not enough

My second thought is The Sittaford Mystery: From the GR description: "The Sittaford Mystery is Dame Agatha at her most intriguing, as a séance in a snowbound house predicts a particularly grisly murder."

Would Chasing the Wild work? "What happens when you’re snowed in on a mountain ranch, with the one man you definitely should not be fantasizing about?"
My book for this I Am the Cage for sure has a blizzard where the MC is snowed in (I have finished it already) but in the description of the book it just mentions a massive snow storm, I have looked at reviews too and they don't mention specifically "snowed in" just that the power to the town gets knocked out. What would you like for verification purposes? My book was audio so I don't have a specific quote. I could recap a scene where the MC is trying to shovel her way to her nearest neighbor because she is out of firewood and there is no power, but like I said I don't have the exact quote because it was audio.
I am listening to the audio of Catered All the Way, a M/M romance. In Ch 20 of the audiobook, it snows overnight. In the morning, Atlas says "it's still snowing. Tonight's party for the accounting firm is canceled and the snowplow folks are running behind." Zeb replies, "A possible snow day!" - their catering business can't open at the usual hour, which means they get extra time together in Zeb's apartment,(with of course, one bed!) which gives them a chance to develop their relationship. It's not stated how long this lasts but a bit later in the story, the narrator says, "the Northeast had been pummeled by back to back snowstorms." Is this enough verification?**update** in Chapter 22, the sister-in-law goes into labor (with twins!) during another snowstorm and highways are closed - I haven't finished the book yet, but Atlas is a Navy Seal whose specialty is extracting people from difficult situations, and it's a romance, so of course they will work it out somehow.

Would Clausing a Scene work? The MC's end up alone together in the cabin as a blizzard prevents all the flights for the rest of the crew and family from getting into town right away.

I don't see anywhere in the summary about a blizzard. if you can provide a reference that being trapped in a blizzard is the main plot of the story, then it works.

From Amazon's description "Clausing a Scene is low-angst holiday fun guaranteed to get you into the festive spirit. It's packed with holiday goodness as well as: my best friend's dad, age gap, snowed in, and first-time fun!"

Blizzards are actually wind storms blowing snow around and not by fresh falling snow. Blizzards can happen well after the snow has stopped falling. Blizzards can cause people to be "snowed in". Blizzard's high winds causing deep snowdrifts that block doorways and roads and create low visibility. Blizzards primarily occur in December -February but can happen in late autumn and early spring.
