Here is where all the mini challenges are going to be. Each Pantheon will get its own thread to keep track of all your mini challenges
What about a location battle? Each team would be assigned a state or country and a time limit to read as many books in said location. Each book worth a certain amount of points?
Or a certain amount of points for different types of weapons we can find in our books as scavenger hunt items ? Knife, sword, etc.

I am going with this challenge first so keep your eyes out for it

Certain time periods could also be challenge. Or after a while read-a-one-book-per-pantheon challenge to encourage people to read stories based on different mythologies.
I was also thinking about a challenge with couples, more then two people and a single person on cover challenge.
Like
read three books with a single person on the cover
read two books with a couple on the cover
read one book with more then two people one the cover
or something like that

I prefer challenges that are not based on covers as it can be quite hard to try to search such books. It is easier to find books named after something or book that covers some theme.
What about a mini Scrabble challenge? Using only the letters in the power words to create other words for points
Expanding on the cover colors and sort of on Jenne's state or country idea, how about assigning a color to each pantheon and then each team either reads as many of their pantheon colors as they can in certain time period, or maybe at the end of the entire thing (or each month/quarter), add up how many of your 'team color' was read.

Joanne wrote: "A challenge based on colour covers, like reading as many green covers as you can."That's a good neutral one! *Like*

No, it hasn't been posted yet
I was actually thinking about a challenge idea, how about were each team gets assigned a paranormal/supernatural creature that they have to find inside a book, like Vampires, Werewolves, Angels, Fae, etc... It doesn't have to be the main character, just as long as it's in the book. Is that something that people would be interested in?
OK, since Lizz is still not able to get online, I will publish the next mini challenge. It will be based on color. It will run May 14-20.
