I was just a little sad that it didn’t show Louella/Lou Lou. I wanted to see what the actor was gonna look like. But I loveeee the casting for Lenore Dove, Maysilee, and Effie!

Yeah I was surprised it didn't show Lou Lou more. . .
Although is that her for a SPLIT second when Haymitch is lighting the flowers on fire or am I completely wrong 😂
I can't really remember that part from the book so it could be someone else.

But tbh in the book Lenore dove doesn’t seem to have any qualities that are attractive. I do NOT see what Haymitch sees in her. All she really does is say rebellious things in a dreamy voice…

it’s better than tbosas. I still loved tbosas (I love a good slow-paced book, ik, I’m weird), but sotr was faster paced, had more action, and more of a thrill factor

Yeah sotr was much better than the ballad of songbirds and snakes, but *content warning* there is mention of a gay character in the story, but it’s very vague and hard to notice. Otherwise, such a great read!

I agree I liked sotr way better than ballad
