wake up
say prayers
take lysine and iodine
set my bed
close y window
stare at my iPad so I wake up more from the bluelight
say good morning to my dogs
drink some water
rush teeth
wash face
get in sower
get out
put after face stuff on
get dressed
do a little workout
gratitude
rea scriptures
do duolingo and check notifications
chil till school starts
