Hi!!!
I don t remember the name of the book. It's a college romance where the male lead is an athlete (maybe hockey or football) and lives with his teammates. He starts seeing a girl in a low-key or secret way.

One night, after practice or maybe a fight, he gets hit in the head. It doesn't seem serious at first, but when they're in bed later, he starts showing signs of a head injury—he’s confused, not fully conscious, maybe moving involuntarily.

The girl panics, doesn't know what to do, and calls one of his friends. The friend is surprised to see them together (he didn't know they were seeing each other). They take him to the hospital. I also remember he doesn’t have close family—his teammates and this girl are his only support.

I think this was part of a series where each book focused on one guy from the friend group.

Okay superrrr late but it does sound familiar lollll… I did DNF the book tho and don’t remember the title.. is there anything else you remember? Maybe I can find it..
