Bookish Souls Society discussion

I just started reading Verity- a copy I found today at my local used book store.

I have a mutual friend who is entirely into all things bookish and reviews and while not every book is everyone's cup of tea, she suprisingly didn't like the book.

Taking her trusted review, I originally wasn't going to read it at all but when I came across it today, I just had to grab it. You can't beat a dollar- plus I'm waiting for my next book haul and am dying to dive into another read.

I am only 25 percent way into the book itself but I am enjoying it so far. My friend did say that the story itself was well written but she wasn't a fan of the ending. I suppose I'll see what she meant in due time!
