Rory is arrested for being drunk and disorderly, as well as beating up Jay Briggs. Since he wasn’t talking, why did you think he’d assaulted Jay, especially after Nikki had discovered them earlier in a heated argument? Did she do the right thing in not bailing him out, leaving him in jail overnight?

Rory was acting like a drunken idiot. She was smart to leave him in jail overnight. He needed to be there, especially since he wasn't talking.
