Hi everyone! I love books where the story centers around a compelling female protagonist. If you’ve read anything with a great mix of magic, adventure, and romance, I’d be so happy to hear your recommendations!

It's my favorite series and includes everything you mentioned! It's a high fantasy and there's politics involved but the storyline is super compelling.
I'd also recommend 'Belladonna' and 'Daughter of the Deep'
I absolutely agree with Mistborn Era 1 (I haven’t gotten to Era 2 yet). It is one of my all time favorites now. A little more cliche, but I also REALLY love Crescent City, every single one of them! It is by far SJM’s best series in my opinion.
A totally underrated duology is Threads that Bind if you’re okay with YA. Super unique and I haven’t read another one like it. I wish this one would get the hype it deserves.
I love unique stories. Alice in Wonderland was my favorite growing up, so anything that is super unique and different usually hits hard for me.

Take a look at my profile to see my taste! I am a millennial (36 y/o), so I tend to read more adult fantasy, but still enjoy YA too.
