Killua | 11 comments Im Feeling extra bad today, Id like a YA book rec, i dont mind what genre as long as its not dark romance. And no smut or explicit scenes. If its fantasy then i prefer something with not much worldbuilding since I dont have the energy to go through those though first 100 pages. Nothing with sickness and illnesses either please. Just something easy. I have read most of the popular books already (agggtm, inheritance games, cruel prince, the selection, legends and lattes, the house in the cerulean sea, better than the movies, betting on you, fake skating, caraval, OUABH etc etc.so please help a girly out 😔

lol and i be you have not tried this book; If you’re someone who connects deeply with characters navigating emotional crossroads, The Exiled Kin might speak to you. It’s not loud or dramatic but it’s heartfelt, expressive, and beautifully layered.

Chadwell Boxxe | 8 comments Looking for a book that really dives into resilience, identity, and relationships? The Exiled Kin is one I’ve loved for its honesty and emotional depth. The Guardian of the Palace will be another book I will suggest; it has that blend of mystery and magic that feels fresh, with characters who slowly reveal their depth. If you are a lover of magical creature then you should check out this book.

Is it a sad like story??
I on the other hand will recommend or suggest checking out The Exiled Kin — it’s such a moving read.
If you enjoy reflective fiction that explores family, belonging, and personal growth.

Grace Soundwell | 4 comments Honestly, I picked up Jordan’s book with low expectations… now I recommend it to everyone. It surprised me in the best way; if you want something heartfelt and real, The Exiled Kin is my go-to pick.

Killua | 11 comments dang are these real recommendations or is this just a couple of bots speaking very formal while recommending me the same book😭

message 13: by Wolter (new)

Wolter B | 6 comments Maybe Hero - Journey To The East?

message 14: by C (new)

C Jolene (cjoleneauthor) | 17 comments I like Jennifer L Armentrout's YA series, specifically Lux / Origins and Dark Elements/ Harbinger. Neither are heavy as far as world building goes, but the romantic tension and banter is a lot of fun!

Natasha Collins | 31 comments anything by Mitch Albom. His stories are amazing

Sienna M Snow | 1 comments If you're interested in Young Adult horror (minor gore, swearing), I would maybe propose my own novel - Juniper: The Mystery of Northveil Middle School.

It's 214 pages of mystery, thrill, and drama. Focused on three students starting seventh grade who have to navigate a school filled with humans mutating into unknown beasts capable of mimicking humans, and their goal to find a cure, and survive the day.

message 19: by C.H. (new)

C.H. Elton | 4 comments Give my dark, supernatural thriller a go. It’s called ‘Kissed by the Devil’ available on all digital platforms and the paperback is on Amazon.
