Themes

Let's talk themes. In 2026, we will have three categories of books (excluding the Collections Reads) each month to select from. A general Crime, Mystery & Thriller, a Cozy Mystery, and a True Crime.

In our December polls, the overwhelming majority (89%) voted for themes, but we are not having very much of a response to the nomination discussions. So do we really want themes? Only themes in a particular category?

I'd love some feedback in order to make adjustments to get participation up a bit.
