In most A/B/O worlds, “dynamics” are basically the roles people fall into. They affect instinct, temperament, and how others tend to read you, but they don't decide your whole personality. Think of them as a mix of biology and social expectations that everyone grows up around.

A L P H A S :
Alphas usually come off as the confident, steady types; the ones people expect to take charge even when they didn’t ask for that job. They have a strong presence, and their instincts lean toward protecting, leading, or just making sure everything is under control. Some love that role, some feel trapped by it. Either way, people tend to notice an alpha when they walk into a room.
B E T A S:
Betas sit somewhere in the middle. They don’t get hit with the intense instincts alphas and omegas deal with, so they’re often the calmest part of the dynamic trio. They can slip into leadership or step back without much judgment from others. Because they’re not tied to strong biological pushes, betas usually end up being the 'normal' ones who keep everyone grounded.
O M E G A S :
Omegas are more instinct-driven, but not helpless. They tend to be emotionally tuned-in and sensitive to the atmosphere around them; they pick up on tension fast. Some omegas lean into the softer, more nurturing side of their dynamic, while others push back against how society tries to define them. Once they trust someone, though, their loyalty and attachment run deep.
