Everyone - Dinners
Addy came into the kitchen with a book she couldn't put down. Her eyes were glued to the pages. She sat down slowly, the first one to get there. 'I wonder who's turn it is tonight?' Addy thought.
((Ok, sounds good.))Simon entered next, glancing around the room. Seeing no one but Addy, he sat down towards the end of the table and waited for someone to show up who wasn't lost in a book.
Shera walked in and sat down at one of the tables.
Conrad wheeled up to the table, to his usual seat. He looked over at Addy and smiled at the back of her head, amused at the scene. "Hey." He said to Simon. "Any idea who's cooking?" He asked
"Ah. Okay." Conrad said. "Glad it's not Addy, though. She tends to burn things." Conrad said, laughing.
"Eh, I'm decent. I tend to need help though, sometimes. Those cabinets are horrible." Conrad said, referring to the height of them.
"Tucker tends to help sometimes- but when you're cooking, you should ask Cade for help. If you're comfortable with asking him." Conrad said honestly.
Addy was reading at a rapid speed, turning pages every couple minutes. Addy finally stopped reading. She threw the book at the wall, frustrated at the author.
Simon shrugged. "I doubt I'd need much help, other than with finding things . . . and I can do that on my own too, it just takes a little extra effort." He looked at Addy in surprise. "Your favorite character die?"
Simon watched her curiously. "Was that a yes?" He got up and walked over to pick up the book and see what the title was.
"Yes." Addy sighed. "And I'm not even that far into it yet." She said sorrowfully. "Hi Ella." Conrad said smiling
Go to the training room and stab stuff or go throw rock?' Ella thought. "call me when dinner is ready" she said as she left the kitchen.'I think I will stab stuff in the training room' she thought
Simon glanced after her. "I thought the point of this was that dinner was almost ready . . . speaking of which, where is everyone?"
"I think it's Tucker's turn. He tends to run a little later than normal." Addy said Conrad groaned. "Oh no." He said
"Tucker's cooking. Let's just say, I don't know who cooks worse- Tucker or Addy." Conrad confessed to Simon
'I DON'T CARE WHO'S THE WORSE COOK! I EAT FOOD!' Shera thought.
Addy eyed Shera, who was sitting at one of the lunch tables. "Shera, we all are required to eat dinner at this table." Addy said politely.
"Oh. Sorry." Shera said and walked over to them and sat down with them.
"It's okay. I just thought you'd rather have been told now, instead of in front of everyone." Addy said calmly.
Shera smiled at that. 'Pay Attention Shera.' Shera thought.
"I like it here so far." Shera said.
Lark slipped into the room, a pained expression on her face, followed by Dustin. She plopped down in her usual seat and tried to look cheerful. "Hopefully it's not toxic tonight," she muttered to Dustin, who grinned half-heartedly. Tarelle came out of the kitchen, to everyone's surprise, muttering under her breath and rolling her eyes.
"I'm not eating!" she yelled over her shoulder and left the room. Lark gulped.
Cade walked in. "Tucker's night, huh? Tarelle said something about a dinner date in town." He peeked into the kitchen and his eyes widened. He flopped down in a chair and made a gagging sound.

Simon watched Tarelle go. "If it's that bad that she's not sticking around . . . I might have to find an excuse to not be here." He glanced at Cade. "Do I want to know?"
Cade shook his head vehemently. "No, you don't. But if everybody disappears, we'll all be in big trouble." He wrinkled his nose and muttered to himself. "It won't be that bad, will it? I mean, it's hard to ruin that..."
"What's worse? Trouble, or food poisoning?" Simon cast a glance towards the kitchen door. "What did he make?"
"Trouble," Cade said firmly. He sighed. "He's making sushi. He apparently had Tarelle helping him, but..." He shrugged. "Tucker doesn't listen well."
"Great." Simon glanced over at Addy. "You know what you said earlier about pizza later? I think I'm taking you up on that."
