Hello Club members! In response to Goodreads stripping the features for direct messaging we’ve created a dedicated Google form as an official way of contacting the moderators. You can find that here:
https://forms.gle/q6Q2pmrJANagFiDr9

You are, of course, always welcome to use the questions thread on goodreads.

We can also be reached via Discord in our #Suggestions-and-support thread.

Authors please refer to our rules for promotion and self promotion. Using these means of contact for promotion will result in a ban from the group.

CBRetriever | 6413 comments thank you - I usually only contact a mod for a misplaced post or spam and that will work for that purpose

CJ | 701 comments Thank you for this. I haven't needed to contact of mod, that I recall, but this is an issue that effects all my groups on GR. It's good to know of one way around this issue, so I can suggest it to my other groups if needed.

I am just baffled and so annoyed that GR is doing this.

Netanella | 477 comments Hi Mods

I'm reading out regarding the Booklovers' Combat game, specifically the lopsided composition of the teams.

I understand that this is a SFF group, so there aren't that many horror fans amongst us. However, the current team roster is

SF 25
F 35
H 13

I also understand that a reading challenge is mean for fun reading of books, but this is a competition. Competitions need to have achievable goals, and playing under lopsided circumstances can be disheartening.

Have the mods thought about balancing the teams, or about giving some type of equalizer for teams that are 10 or 23 members short?

We would like to remind all authors that using our contact form for promotion or asking how to get your book promoted in the group will result in a ban from the group. We do not offer such opportunitites and it is, in fact, less likely we will talk about your work here if you ignore our rules.
