Chava | 2788 comments Hi all,

This is the thread for nominations and voting for the Book of the Month for May. We will keep the nominations going until the 26th of April and start voting then.

The following rules apply as always:
1) Authors aren't allowed to nominate their own books
2) 1 book suggestion/nomination per person
3) First come, first serve. So whoever gets their nomination for a book in first, gets dibs on that book
4) A book in a serie is fine
5) Please be mindful that recent books might not be readily available (yet) and be mindful that your suggestion is available in multiple formats.
6) Please check that a book hasn't already been read by checking our unread section of the bookshelf (it's not a 100%, I'm working on it).

Any questions, let us know
The mods team

I haven't read this book, but seen the first 2 movies. I am wondering if this book fits in the mystery/thriller/etc category that our group is about. It feels more like a sci-fi book, but I happy stand corrected. I'm leaving it up to the other members to let me know if this book falls within our group.

Chava, I have read it, and although I really enjoyed it (gave it 5 stars) it doesn't fit the "mystery/thriller" category. Sorry Karen.

I am lucky that my library has a new release section that cannot be sent out to other libraries - three copies were available when I picked up my copy.
