Dear Goodreads Librarians,

Thank you so much for adding the Eric Hoffer Book Award to my book page, however, the listing does not currently appear with other Eric Hoffer Book Awards winners, it is listed under an unknown award called "Spiritual" and is the only book on the list, and my book does not lead to the page listing where all of the other Eric Hoffer Book Awards winners are showcased. I noticed the typo / oversight. Can my award be updated to reflect the correct/same format as other winners for this award? The format should be: Eric Hoffer Book Award Spiritual Category (2025) - which would allow it to appear with the other Eric Hoffer Book Award titles. The awards are also listed on the Eric Hoffer Book Award page in descending order by year.

Here is the link to the nonexistent book award. Note, it is the only book hidden there due to the incorrect format of putting the category before the name of the book award. Hopefully this can be corrected so that my award is on display with the other winners in the same format. https://www.goodreads.com/award/show/...
The format should not lead with the category, i.e. "Spiritual Eric Hoffer Book Award (2025)". The format for other titles are Eric Hoffer Book Award Spiritual Category (2025).

Looks like the listing is incorrect as it is listing my book as a "nominee." It was a winner in the spiritual category. This is the award letter:

Thank for that letter but it doesn't mention the category.

Most folders in this group have a stickied post saying what information is requited.

The reason for asking for this is because it used to sometimes take about half an hour to search the internet for the info.

Happy Wednesday. Thank you so much. Oh yes, that information was already sent a few days ago. I initially sent the link to the award via the book award website, and the congratulatory letter and the Grand Prize finalist information using your (contact us) form a few days ago. Someone replied by email, where I have been communicating with a Goodreads Librarian. They had all of the details previously, and I did communicate with them this morning and they have already taken care of it. Everything is settled. Unfortunately your award still hasn't been entered correctly.

Your award is not with the others (first listing) so it won't display with the other winners in the list.

The second & third listings are possibly incorrect as well but I am stepping away from awards other than the ones from my own country, so will leave for another librarian to correct.

When you communicate by email or the Contact Us forms you are dealing with Support (Staff) When you are in this group you are (in almost all cases) dealing with volunteer librarians. Librarians don't have access to that part of the site, staff doesn't give us any communications they have received.

If you could choose to deal with one or the other it would be much appreciated as everything is very behind in this group, with over 4k books still needing to be added to the site.

If you would like this award entered correctly please supply the information I asked for in Message #4.

Oh wow, good to know. Thank you for the update. I had no idea the contact form and groups was separated by staff and volunteer. I will keep that in mind so that I am interacting with one or the other at a time.
I saw that it wasn't listed correctly as with the other books, but I did not want to trouble anyone with updating it again. That would be a fourth update/correction which I felt was too much, given how many authors your teams have to interact with, I did not want to add to anyone's work load, so I am okay with leaving it as it is.
