Lulu_MIA92 | 24 comments I am over here going over by TBR and TB (to buy) lists and reading the reviews of some of them to sort them out better.... And I have encountered tons of DNF reviews, some even saying that they didnt make it to 30% of the book.
I get that we are all entitled to an opinion, but why would you start reading a book that is "not your thing". For example, I was reading the reviews of feather so vicious and people were complaining of some of the "trigger warnings". They were there, and yet you decided to read, why would you complain about it?

Am I the only one that feels like this? If I don't like a book I move on, I've seen some people with over 100 DNFd book.... it makes you wonder.

JoJo | 25 comments omg I agree especially with the trigger warnings because that the whole point of them being there, you literally can't complain about it . like you put yourself in the position to read the book knowing the triggers and yet you still find something to complain about. it will always baffle me. I'm glad you've spoken about that .

Rachel Olivia (rachel_olivia) | 27 comments I agree with you. I only have a few DNF books on my shelf, but I always try to give them an honest shot before I call quits on them.

I've seen some with 2000+ read book where 1000+ are DNFd? Make it make sense... at that point you got to wonder whether they like to read or not because why would you choose so many books or genre that you don't like???

what the hell, if your in that position you'd try something different. how do u even rack up 1000 DNF'd books, like are they even trying to read them at that point.

Anna | 10 comments I def agree, like why read a book if you know you aren't gonna like it. Unless occasionally you want to try something new, which I understand. But I almost never dnf books, just cuz I want to see the book through.

James Edmund Dennis | 4 comments I've been shocked by some books that I DNFed. One was a Nebula Award winner, and I really could not stand it by halfway through. It's rare, but it happens.
