Dylan dies
ashley dies, then wakes up and realizes it was all a dream

Dylans death:
they are chased once more by the ghost, and are driven out onto the ice. Dylan helps ashely get back to shore on the other side of the lake, before the ghost attacks him and they fall through the ice

Ashleys death:
she gets chased by the ghost until she just gives up, out of sadness amd hope that she might see dylan when she dies, and lets the ghost attack her. as her visiom fades she thinks about happy moments she had with dylan. Then she wakes up on the bus
