Share and discuss book ideas for Task 6: Read a gothic novel published in the last ten years

The Bewitching is already on my TBR list, but I think What Moves the Dead will work for this, too.

There are so many great gothic novels from the last decade. The Reformatory by Tananarive Due is one of my personal favourites. I'd also recommend My Darling Dreadful Thing by Johanna Van Veen, Island Witch by Amanda Jayatissa, and Miranda in Milan by Katharine Duckett.

I'm hoping to finally read Mexican Gothic by Silvia Moreno-Garcia, which has been on my tbr since it came out. There's a lot of great options though.

This is on my TBR - I’m pretty sure it fits this prompt.
