In the movie, were Emmaline, Arelia and Reece combined into the same character?

In the movie, Ridley referred to this character as 'the grandmother we all love', then Macon calls her 'mother.' This particular character also zeros in on Ridley as though she's a Sybil - she stared into her eyes intently. Does that mean all three characters were combined?

Sadly, yes. There were a lot of characters combined together in the movie.
