Goodreads Librarians Group discussion

Hi there, can someone please help me add my new poetry book to Goodreads? I have tried to do this myself but was unsuccessful because the following message appeared:

"Isbn is taken by an existing book with the title "Milk of the Tide" in 'Public' status. If you believe this is an error please double-check your data, then check the Goodreads Librarians group. ISBNs are optional so you can also add this book without an ISBN."

I found this really confusing because of course it's taken; I own it, and the book it's talking about is the book I am trying to add, haha.
