Anyone can nominate as many books as you'd like and look for a buddy! Any book that gets two nominations or more will have a buddy thread created for discussion during December. Please decide your start date and reading pace/reading goals in this thread. Once that has been decided, the mods will create a Buddy Read Discussion thread for that title. Reading the Buddy Read Guidelines is strongly recommended. There is no promise that you will have a buddy read for your nomination(s).

Wuthering Heights- I'm hoping to read this one before the movie comes out in February.

In 2026 I'm wanting to get through more of my subscription box books-
The Girl with No Reflection
The Stars Are Dying
The Courting of Bristol Keats
Wooing the Witch Queen
Firebird
Exquisite Ruin

Obviously not all of these in Jan, but I like options.

And, to continue with Broken Fae & Warrior Fae

Giulia | 116 comments Awesome!
The new season of the Percy Jackson show has definitely given me the motivation to delve into the Riordan-universe again.

I‘m open to anything, so we can start early on. How does Jan 5 sound to you?

@Giulia @Rose in Chains

I can do January 5th, what kind of pace were you thinking?

message 24: by Giulia (new)

Giulia | 116 comments @ Sophie

I don't have the book yet so I don't know how exactly it is structured but Google says it has 40 chapters. So maybe 5 chapters a day? Does that sound doable?

message 25: by Giulia (new)

Giulia | 116 comments @Juliane, happy to have you!

message 26: by Brianna (new)

Brianna C | 1383 comments @Sophie & Sarah-Vanessa re: Not Quite Dead Yet

I'm good with the second half of January - things should be a little less busy at work by then. Holly Jackson reads tend to go fairly quick for me so I'm good with whatever pace works for y'all.
