What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

Looking for a romance novel I read in the 1990s. Male main character is a songwriter, a one hit wonder. He wrote a song called “Moody Lady”. His muse was his wife, she left him when the money ran out. Story is about him finding love with a new woman. He drove a white convertible BMW. He had a baby grand piano. Any ideas?
