Hi Keith, and welcome to the group!
It’s written in the group's description and the pinned post. Basically, to get started you need to add your Amazon book link on Revvue.co and wait for an admin to approve it. Once approved, you’ll be able to request reviews, and your book will appear in the review pool alongside other active participants.
