You need to contact support for technical issues. But yes, it is excruciatingly slow in all respects.
Thanks for the info. I was afraid it was at my end. Frustrating, but I'm sure someone's working on it.
Chiming in to say that the site has gone from "excruciatingly slow" to "book pages straight up will not load whatsoever." I occasionally got through to a book page earlier today, but I've been trying to open book pages all evening and it's giving me a long load time for the error 504 page every time.
Yes, I am still frustrated. This is the third day of hit and miss whether you can open a page or not. (more miss than hit) I wish the people running the site would at least give us some kind of an update on when things will start working again. I too have had a long wait for the error page multiple times today. I think it's getting worse?

Thank you for posting the link Dobby. I have not attempted posting any combining or anything else for the librarians to try to do if we can't open book pages. This morning I was just able to open a page on the first try. Yay!





Any help would be appreciated.
