Hi everyone,
You can suggest new features to be added or changes you’d like to see here.

Hi Angela,
Of course! When joining Revvue, you can create two types of accounts: Author or Bookstagrammer/Avid Reader. Your friend can join as a Bookstagrammer/Avid Reader.

Bluesheedy | 4 comments Perhaps move the Deep Book Anaylse out on it's own page instead of being on each book page.
Where is is currently is confusing. Can I upload any book or only the book listed on the page?

Hi Bluesheedy,
That sounds like a good idea - there is a lot on the “My Book” page. We’ll definitely think this over. Thanks for the suggestion!
You can only upload your own book.

Sometimes I'll catch errors in a manuscript, bits of editing. I would like to provide feedback on them, but if I put that in my review, then it will show up if the author wants to use the review image option.

What about a second input text field for comments like these, meant to be useful for the author but which don't belong in a review?

Hi Kim,
This is also a great idea - we’ll need to think about how to implement it while avoiding direct communication between an author and their reviewer.

I think you misunderstood what I meant.
Because the Deep Book Anaylse appears on the my book page it gives the impression you can only upload the book listed on the page.
I was meaning can I upload an unpublished book I have written or must it be the one on the page.

I like the idea of private suggestions from reviewers. A similar setup (Get Books Reviewed) has that built inl

Drew Faraday | 5 comments Since I haven't been able to find a search capability in Revvue, I wonder if a spreadsheet might work for some writers. I made a quick prototype on Google Sheets with an open link so anyone can enter to find out the right book & most important, the genre(s) Revvues organizes them into.

I'll put the link on our FB account as well.

Hi Sheila,
Yes, we’ve received requests to add BookBub and Kobo reviews as well. We’re already discussing adding these features in one of the upcoming releases.

Emil Larsson | 2 comments Hi Maggie, if you're considering adding BookBub and Kobo, maybe you might want to add Barnes and Noble too since it's a popular site for authors and readers alike.

By the way, thanks for the opportunity with Revvue. It really does help.

Kind regards Emil

Hi Emil,

Thank you for your feedback! Yes, we can include Barnes & Noble as well.

We’ll need to understand how reviews work on Barnes & Noble and Kobo. For example:

There isn’t a $50 purchase requirement to post a review on these platforms, right?

Can someone leave a review without purchasing the book?

Are there verified and unverified reviews, similar to Amazon?

This information will help us build our review-assessment algorithms in the future.

Emil Larsson | 2 comments There isn't any $50 purchase requirement on either Barnes and Noble or Kobo and you can leave reviews even if you haven't bought on their sites.

Kobo does, however, have verified mark if purchased directly at their site.

I don't know about BookBub so can't speak for their system.

Kind regards Emil
