The Inheritance Games question

It really depends on your mood and what you feel like reading. TIG is a fast-paced, plot-driven series, so if you’re into that, you’ll probably enjoy it. That said, the romance is pretty underwhelming, so if you’re looking for tension or yearning between the main characters, this isn’t the book for you. Personally, I had a lot of fun reading the series. Even though the ending wasn’t what I expected, I was still okay with it.

Like the build up was good but the plot was kinda crap and it was quite boring sometimes especially the 2nd and 3rd book

Personally, yes. The plot was good, but after the first book, it got repetitive. The same things happened: Avery got kidnapped, hurt, drama with Grayson/Jameson, and nothing new really happened throughout the trilogy. It just seemed like a repeat of the prior book. Even with the sequel, it was definitely a money grab for JLB. (I love JLB, but the sequel did not add anything to the trilogy; it dragged on the plot, and was NOT needed.) The ending to Final Gambit was perfect, and she could've just ended on that without future books.
