WYR be a Tribute in a Hunger Games in which all of the other Tributes are your friends or be a tribute in a Hunger Games where everyone else is 17 while you are 12.

Probably everyone is 17. You gain the stealth advantage, and won't be seen as a threat. Also I would lose to most of my friends rather quickly because I have no measurable upper body strength.

WYR risk running into the cornucopia to get supplies, or not.

Maybe yes, if I was like Foxface. But since I am not, I wouldn't.. I have the stealth of a bear wearing swimming flippers.

I would anyway, because if you get it then you'll have a weapon to defend yourself while the others go.

But the other argument is that you would know and be able to ally yourself with a selection of your enemies.

WYR be attacked by Tracker Jackers or those wolf dog things that had the eyes of the dead tributes...

Tracker jacker. Easier to avoid than the wolves, and you can live from an attack by them.

Wolf dogs! I know it seems impossible but id find a stick and throw it. Dogs are ddogs, even if they are mutated

I would do the muttations, because they are bigger and easier to kill. Tracker Jackers are small and fast, and easy to aim any weapon at.

I'd go with the tracker jackers. They'd be easier to outrun and they'd probably get bored after a while...
