If you have any adults around you that she doesn’t manipulate tell them! This is emotional abuse! And manipulation as well as completely outside her legal rights to stop you from going to college (you can’t use her money but still) as well as her to take any device she does not pay for (so if you got any of it as a gift she can not legally log onto them!

Also this might be some huge reaction to you growing up and therefore her feeling like she won’t have control of your life much longer so she is trying to make it so you stay 1000% reliant on her. My biggest recommendation is find a job (within walking distance) and save every penny you can and get yourself a phone. Since you bought it and your not a minor she can not legally touch it and then save every other dollar for an apartment or if you have any friends find a way to text them from your sisters phone and then sleep on their couch while you get yourself set up since this is emotional manipulation and abuse as well as abuse of power

She needs to go to a woman’s shelter then it is not her job to care for her sister. Go when her mom is home and her mom can get a babysitter if she doesn’t or can’t leave her sister alone. Rn she needs to worry about her safety and if she doesn’t get out of this now it will probably get worse and her mom will try to control her whole life. Worse case a woman’s shelter will get her a job interview and if you need to get online go to the library if possible. You can find info and search things without parents finding out.
