It depends by the way on d book n majorly if its interesting then no one can stp me readin it jst in 3 days its done
Anywhere from a day, to a month; usually. It depends on the length and how interested I am in it. I usually average at least three books in a month - unless I happen to be really busy, or I'm reading a longer book. Anything interesting, under 300 pages, I can usually finish in about a day or two; if I have a lot of reading time.
Over 300 pages might take me 3 days+
500+ pages, maybe a week. But again, this all depends on my amount of free reading time, as well!
Completely depends on the book and how busy I am. Like, right now, my vacations are on, so I read one book per day or sometimes even more than that. When school is on, it takes 3-4 days to complete a book. And of course, if the book is boring, it may take a very long time.
This year I am averaging a book every two days or so.Nice having all this free time to read. Usually have two books going at once--a mystery, and something non-fiction. I am also reading an e-book, but I really do not like using the computer to read. Give me paper anytime.
Obviously it depends on how long the book is and also if I'm really invested in the story and can't put it down. I don't watch much TV so I can read most books in a few hours. I usually read 1 book a day sometimes more, sometimes less depending on what I have going on. It has helped that I allow myself to DNF a book if I can;t get into it by 50%, too many good books out there to waste time on something that can't keep my attention.
If I'm really into it, I can finish in one day or even half a day. Right now I'm back in school so that has an affect. Now it takes me a couple of days, maybe more depending on my work load.
It totally depends on how intriguing the book is and how busy I am. I love to read, but I don't always have the time...Especially studying and working for my family can reduce my time for books. And I'm writing reviews and other things for my blog which shortens the time for reading, too. My average time is 1-2 days for one book. Less if it is a short book (100-250 pages), more if it has many pages 400+ and many descriptions.
I guess it all depends on the book and what is going on in my life., cause we all know that life gets in the way of our reading. The last two weeks of December I read 5 books.
It depends on some factors like how interesting it is and how much time I have. If it is really interesting and I have the time then I can finish a book the same day I start it. If it is boring I tend to really drag behind sometimes taking months to finish while reading other books that interest me haha. Of course book length is a factor too. Novellas can be banged out in a snap. Longer books like Outlander take a few days as long as I have the time.
Usually, 3 to 4 weeks. Though an avid reader, always in the process of reading a book, there are just too many other interesting things to do that often take priority over reading time.
I am also such a slow reader, I read about 2 or 3 books a month basically. I have a busy schedule and reading does make me tired so it's only a matter of time until I fall asleep after reading lol but I do enjoy reading
I have a friend who reads a book daily, no matter if it's interesting or not. I'm a slow reader too. A week is a minimum for me.
I don't understand how people can read a (full-length) book in 2-3 hours. Maybe I'm a slow reader, or maybe I just luxuriate more in the words and the story. I think my record is when I read the first three Harry Potter books in 2 days. In that case, I did pretty much nothing else that weekend. I rarely take less than 4-5 days otherwise. Usually it's more like 1-2 weeks (often reading in short snatches)
