Had to do a little digging to make sure I understood you. You're talking about adding books to the group's bookshelf. In that case, yeah, I think it might be valuable to include your GWJ handle, since otherwise the list doesn't show who submitted it.

If I'm going to suggest a series, I think I'd also post the first one. Which is weird, because if I'm going to put one book from a series into my own Goodreads bookshelf, I'll probably put the most recent entry that I've read.

Maybe put a note on the series books indicating if only specific books were recommended. Because sometimes there's a series where there's a consensus that it's worth skipping some of the books, or stopping after a certain point.

I'm thinking particularly of the discussions of the Dune books that come up every now and then on the GWJ thread, (where people say to stop after three books... or four books... or just read the Frank Herbert books), or even Discworld (where people often advise to skip Colour of Magic and start later on in the series).
