2015 Reading Challenge [Closed] discussion

Last year I read Hollinghurst's The Line of Beauty. It was the first book I'd ever read from him and I was completely enthralled with it and immediately shelved it into 'favourites.' I'm cheating a bit with this week because I don't know if Hollinghurst is one of my favourite authors? But I'd like him to be! So I'm reading The Stranger's Child this week to put him to the test.
