Reading and Writing Teachers discussion

I thought we could introduce ourselves to each other :)

My name is Ashley and I am 21 years old. I will be 22 in May. I am not an elementary teacher yet. I am currently in college studying to be an elementary teacher. I love to read and write. I definitely like to stock up on books that could help me when I start teaching.

I am Amy and am a teacher of students with learning disabilities in grades 1-12. Reading and writing are usually the biggest areas of hurt for my students and I am continuously fascinated by the workings of the brain and learning.
