2026 Reading Challenge discussion

This thread can be used for communications between challenge leaders and moderators. This could include someone volunteering to lead, asking questions, making suggestions, or discussing general problems related to leading challenges. Essentially, we will use this spot for relaying information that we sent each other via private message before Goodreads decided to remove the ability to communicate one-on-one with friends and fellow group members.

If you are leading a challenge and need help with a problematic member -- something that needs to be handled privately rather than in this public thread -- please email the mods.

Challenges go up around the 25th of each month, so watch the monthly and quarterly challenge folders for new additions, and let us know if you see one you want to lead.

Thanks to all of you for making yourselves available to lead our monthly and quarterly challenges. In case any of you are interested in stepping up for the group in a different way, we are currently looking for a member to join our Mod Team.
