Hi Nellz, I have two romances which feature PTSD, SA, suicidal attempts/thoughts, dark romance, gaslighting. Characters are very well developed, you can download them with these links. https://getmybook.com/fe0sb9e9z6

I have a potential book for you, how do you feel about dystopian sci-fi? Characters are a very central thing, but no romance. Might be on the darker side.
Hi Nellz! I saw that you’re a mom, so I wanted to reach out from a different angle. I’m an indie author of a children's book called 'One of a Kind Creatures'.It’s a story about self-esteem and inclusion that I think would resonate with any parent. Since you mentioned you connect deeply with characters and 'see' the story, I’d love for you to see Lio’s journey. It’s a very quick read (perfect for a busy mom!) and it’s currently FREE on Amazon until Jan 31st: [Link: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0GDZ1PWKK]. I’d truly value your honest review on Goodreads!
Hi Nellz!I saw your post and I think ODYSSEUS might be exactly what you're looking for.
It's a literary retelling of Homer's Odyssey with psychological thriller pacing - think Madeline Miller meets Ken Follett. It's deeply character-driven (Odysseus wrestling with PTSD, moral choices, and the weight of war), emotionally intense, and cinematic (readers say they visualize it like a movie).
The tone is dark but not gratuitous - survival, loss, and the psychological cost of violence. No cheap thrills, just deep character work with thriller momentum.
I know you're busy as a mom, so no pressure on timeline. If you're interested, I'd love to send you the ebook. An honest Goodreads review (whenever you finish) would mean the world.
Sound like something you'd enjoy?
Best,
Leon G. Collin
Empires don’t collapse in battle. They collapse in the decisions that follow.Hidden Sol War is a high-concept political science fiction thriller set more than a decade after an interstellar conflict that nearly shattered civilization. Through the voices of council officials, soldiers, survivors, and those who stood just outside the firestorm, the truth behind the war slowly surfaces — and with it, the consequences of choices made at the highest levels of power.
This is a politically driven story with strategic tension, moral ambiguity, and the lingering shockwaves of a conflict too large to understand from a single perspective.
If you enjoy political intrigue in the vein of Dune or council-level tension similar to The Expanse, I’d value your perspective.

Hi Nellz! Just realized I forgot to include my email in my previous message — if you're still interested in ODYSSEUS, reach me at info@leongcollin.com and I'll send the epub right away!
This series took root when I was in an unhappy marriage and needed an outlet. So I created a world where women's pleasure is paramount and males are trained to serve and please! And there's a heck of a plot, too :DMatriarchal society, queernorm world, intertwining POVs, and thoughtful worldbuilding (IE, a movie in your head).
If you have a chance to take a look on the book I would be so grateful!
Until Thursday midnight Pacific Time, week you can get the first 3 books for free :)

Dear Nellz,I hope this message finds you well. My name is Eduardo J Aleman, and I would like to thank you for your time and support.
I’ve written two books that I’m incredibly proud of: Hopping for Happiness and The Thousandfold Tide. I would be truly honored if you might ever be interested in reading one (or both) of them. I completely understand how busy you are and how many books come your way, so there is zero pressure at all.

Hi Nellz,I’m currently looking for ARC readers for Quietly Undone, the first novel in an emotionally immersive psychological fiction series.
Genre: Literary psychological fiction / women’s fiction
Word count: 66,204 words
Quietly Undone explores the quiet erosion of self within a relationship that doesn’t look obviously harmful from the outside — until the emotional fog slowly becomes impossible to ignore.
Written in close first person present tense, the novel focuses on emotional realism, attachment dynamics, subtle coercive control, identity loss, and the internal experience of slowly disappearing inside a relationship.
For readers who connected with the emotional intensity of It Ends With Us or the psychological intimacy of My Dark Vanessa.
I’m especially looking for readers who enjoy emotionally layered, character-driven fiction and are comfortable with heavier emotional themes.
You will also have the opportunity to read a short prequel story of 6000 words.
If this is something of interest just click the link and enter your email and you will receive the books in your inbox.

Thank you so much for your time, Cora

I especially love psychological thrillers, dark romance, suspense, and horror — anything emotional, intense, or a little dark. I really connect with characters when I read, and I tend to “see” the story playing out in my head like a movie, so my reviews reflect both the emotional impact and how the story feels as a whole.
I’m a mom, so sometimes life gets busy and I may not always read super fast — but I do follow through on what I commit to. I will leave an honest review on Goodreads.*
If you’re looking for a genuine reader who really sinks into the story and cares about the characters, feel free to reach out 🙂
