HYPE HYPE HYPED BOOKS. Sometimes they fall short, don't they? Other times they are marvelous.

Uhhh i think the If I Stay series was overhyped and it wasn't that good >:D

I refuse to read that or watch it because im stubborn >:D

Most hyped books I've enjoyed, actually. Black Ice I didn't enjoy much, but that wasn't that hyped so...

The Fault In Our Stars
Divergent
The Mortal Instruments
etc
etc
etc..

The Mortal Instruments wasn't that good, imo. I didn't even finish the series and I disliked Jace. XD TID was better, from what I read.

And I've only read the beginning of Divergent because I disliked the writing style and found it boring. As with Maze Runner.

The Infernal Devices was better than TMI, but you sort of have to read both...

I meant TID! From what I've read, TID is better than TMI, yes. XD

Yeah, it is. But the TID story really ends in City of Heavenly Fire, so you kinda need to read them all. But the TMI books get better as you go on. 1 and 2 are pretty terrible, but 3's really good, and they keep going uphill from there.

I found maze runner rather hyped, don't get me wrong I like the book but I didn't LOVE it.
