Jennifer Pulido | 30 comments To All The Boys I've Loved Before was written by the one and only Jenny Han. She is literally my favorite author. I would recommend this book to girls from ages 12 and older. I think this book is similar to The Summer I Turned Pretty trilogy, which is also written by Jenny Han. Jenny Han has been awarded the 2015 Tayshas Reading Young Adult award. The author makes me feel the same type of emotion she made me feel when I read The Summer I Turned Pretty trilogy. This book made me realize what not to do in high school. Would you ever make out with a boy in a hot tub? I hope the question is no, Lara Jean; the main character on the other hand unfortunately decide to do so and ended up getting really hurt because of her decision. I never had the feeling of wanting to toss the book across the room. Instead, I didn’t want to stop reading the book. “I can't handle how much I adore this book. After this selection I went on to read all of Jenny Han's novels,” Joby Doupin expressed. "I want to say yes, but I don't want to be with a boy whose heart belongs to somebody else. Just once, I want to be somebody else's first choice,” Lara Jean said. It can be said that I can totally agree and relate to her.

Alondra Gonzalez | 35 comments Great review Jennifer! I have also read and know the The Summer I Turned Pretty is a great book. If this novel is similar to it, then it must also be a really great book, and no, I would not make out with a boy in a hot tub!
