I want to personally thank all of you here in "The Trail" who took precious time back in November to read and support this book — since some mighty good news has now arrived in my mail.

We just received notification that The Kestrel Waters by Randy Thornhorn has been chosen as one of five finalists for Best General Fiction Novel by the 2015 Indie Book Awards (www.indiebookawards.com).

Again, my sincerest thanks to moderators Mike, Diane, Laura, and Josh and to each and every one of you who took the leap and embraced this story.
