Hi Mark,thanks a lot for posting that link. The potential the English language gives you for playing with words always intrigues me and I wish the German language were a little bit more like that.
I did not understand the pun about "Christmas Carol", though. Can anybody explain, please?
that podcast/radio program is wonderful. they deal with a lot of regional slang and also very old English expressions. And with humo(u)r.
