2020 In Literature discussion

Just finished this one and found it surprisingly ungory, considering the subject matter. While I appreciate that it is all about the honor in the story, I wonder if it is disappointing to those hoping for a more blood-splashed retelling? I liked the art, and it was well told - easy to follow - but it was just a tad bit passionless for me. Still, I think it would probably be a hit at my branch.

I loved this for all it's history at the back. The story was well told, though not as gory as the movie version, as mentioned before. I have book talked it several times and I'm not sure if because of the movie tie in or the fact that it is a graphic novel it has been a hit at my school.
