I have had this book on my shelf since it came out and I am losing interest in reading it. Should I try reading it anyways? Is it any good?

Nope, it's not good at all, it's a rip off that's trying to capitalize on the success of other novels.

I started off not sure I'd enjoy it - I did. But I haven't got into the 2nd book, so moved onto something else.

I might end up trying it just because it has been on my shelf so long and if I just can't take it then I will put it down.

It's a very short read, I'm pretty sure I finished it off in a few hours.

Then I will probably just read it. If it isn't good then I will just move on to another book.

It is a pretty good book but the second book is better, so yeah, I recommend that you read it.

i ended up reading it after a lot of debate as well. i saw it as an ARC on Netgalley and didn't get it and then i've been staring at the cover art for ages. finally sucked it up and read it and i actually enjoyed the series.
