CaptKirk42 Classic Whovian (klandersen) | 63 comments For good or bad they are going to do a crossover storyline that will weave into all three series.

On Monday 09 November, 2009. Starting with CSI:Miami Horatio calls in Langston from Las Vegas, the action will then move onto CSI:NY (Wednesday 11 Nov) and finish (hopefully) on CSI (Thursday 12 Nov).

UGH am not a fan of crossovers that go into each individual title. I hope they will release this special story on an individual DVD as well as the season DVDs for each series. Otherwise I will be really upset. I am considering taping them as they air so I will have the story together.

My biggest beef with this is I don't watch Miami much anymore. UGH.

Many fans will love this idea and the story. I will probably like the story but I am not a fan of this idea. I don't mind when a spin-off series starts as an episode in the original series, but once the second series is off I don't like this back and forth jazz.

Thoughts?

Robyn (bamamom) | 12 comments I'm taping all three episodes so we can wathc them at the same time and now have to wait and wonder what hapens after each episode.

CaptKirk42 Classic Whovian (klandersen) | 63 comments I'm watching and taping at least the first 2 episodes. The CSI Vegas Episode I won't be around to watch "live" so I have to rely on the tape for that one.

Cierra Buckles I am watching CSI NOW!!!!!!!!!!!

CaptKirk42 Classic Whovian (klandersen) | 63 comments Well. Blogged about each episode from the trilogy. I liked them but they could have been better.

SPOILERS (Maybe)

I think they could have done a bit more "crossing over". The only true crossing over was Langston appearing in each show, and one of the "victims". Other than that they were pretty much a regular episode of whichever series the particular story was. I would have liked to see more series regulars crossing over, even if it was more of the "teleconference" type appearances. Those are technically "crossovers" in the sense that you see characters from one show on the other. In reality for the filming the actors probably never even meet for the scene.

I do think that each episode could have been a self-contained episode without the crossover. The main plot is a subject that each of the series I think have covered before, just not hopping from city to city.

I gave the individual episodes an average of 3/5 CSI Thumbprints (I gave the CSI one a 3.5)

Cierra Buckles what?
