Issue: I had many ratings and reviews on all 4 of my books, but most of them have disappeared. The author dashboard lists books as having some reviews with no ratings, but then the reviews aren't shown under the books. I had previously copied off the many reviews that are now missing. What happened to them?
Note that I had submitted an inquiry to you about the reviews' legitimacy, because I was questioning a promoter I had been working with, but I never received a response to that. Please give me an update.
