Yay, I was able to check out a couple before they got flooded with holds.

Laughing about Eddie

Sometimes I hate writing on a phone lol when one touch makes a post or text before you are done!

Lol Anyway, I'm laughing about the Eddie book. Somehow I completely missed (likely becaused I have listened at bedtime) a connection in it till nearly the end. I kept debating on putting the book down as I really struggled to have interest in part of the story, but then the other part brought me back in again. But by the end I had caught on.

I really enjoyed The Love Elixir.

The Borrowed Life of Frederick Fife was probably one of the best books I have ever read. So excited it is going to be a Netflix movie.

i am really struggling with The Garden. i keep starting it over because every time I listen I find I haven't actually been listening. i get about 10 seconds into it and then my mind is off in another direction.

Blood of the Old Kings is the only one without swearing so far. All the Missing Pieces also gets pretty steamy.

Most have been pretty good so far; no new favorites found yet.

I liked how All the Missing pieces started out, but it went downhill from there.

Promise Me Sunshine: 5 stars, one of my new favorite authors! Her new book No Matter What was incredible too.

Agreed; the romance was annoying.

Frederick Fife was good; charming.

I felt The Lotus Shoes was good, but it was really the wrong timing for me. Hard to listen to when feeling a little hopeless.

So far I have finished:

The Borrowed Life of Frederick Fife (4 stars) and
Eddie Winston is Looking For Love (5 stars)

I think Eddie Winston deserves a better, more befitting title, but that's a whole other post.
