I just started this. Obviously didn't read Book #1, but can probably get away with it.

I love Arthur already and I'm only 5%in.

Im reading bk 1 first as it works for 'times' in text ..plus i can remeber what happened 😄

There are a lot of interesting couples in the building already. I've "met" Stanley and Roger and may have to backtrack and read their story next.

I've just gotten to where Harlie and Milan meet and start working together.

Im going to try and start this tomorrow started 2 books in last few days and just cant get into them .

Well so far this is exactly the same as book 1 ..Someone standing outside Belladonna Arms, wanting a room and watching Arthur in his regalia before hes called in and escorted up the stairs

Struggling getting into anything lately ..still on chapter 2 😂

Got proof reading to do this afternoon with hubby , he proff reads for record companies ..and its lyrics this afternoon, youd be amazed how wrong they are

Lots of phonetic spelling I would imagine. That sounds like an interesting job.

Well this book is pretty much the same as bk 1 with the mcs being changed ( apart from the big end with chichi )
John inman is a bit up and down with me at times . Its the way he writes and words he uses , can be very outdated .with some of the phrases used .this comes across as more 70s rather that 2014

....Except for our peckers dancing about like divining rods and whapping each other in the head, we couldn’t move.

Having said that im really glad Arthur found ( very quick ) love with Tom
