Hmm, sorry I don't really understand the type (shouju, shonen, etc) but several of my favourite manga are:

i've been reading more, so some of my new favorites are Bloody Kiss, Beauty Pop, Cresent Moon, From Far away, and the list just keeps going. manga rocks!
