Why can't I find my book "In my twenties" when I search for it?

If it is newly added to Goodreads it would be best to search by ISBN or ASIN.If that doesn't work maybe the book isn't on Goodreads.
Searching your name pulls up the book, so people will find it. The title of your book is similar to multitudes of books, so until you are established, it will not be in the first page. Meanwhile, the filth that is in the search has me nauseated.
