Alchemised

Hello everyone! SO now that we are into February, have we all read Alchemised? I want to get everyone's feedback. Was it hard for you, as it was for me, to get past the beginning of the book. When I read that it was a dark romantasy, I really hadn't expected it to be quite THAT dark, but dang if the plot twists and revelations throughout the book keep me turning the pages like lightening mid way through.
