I see here https://www.goodreads.com/series/4091... that the Saga suggests that The Eleventh Metal should be read immediately after Mistborn: The Final Empire but I do believe it offers spoilers also about the #2 and #3 book if reading the Postscriptum as well.
I would suggest an open discussion about adding/moving The Eleventh Metal completely after Mistborn Era 1.
