Girl is hick-hiking she get a ride with a girl, a group of I think three men rams into there car. And puts them into their trunk. When they open the trunk the other girls neck is broken so they throw her over a cliff. They take the other girl to a house they want her to tell them her parent name. They said she has nice clothes or so she has to have money. She is deaf or something uses sign language. One of the kidnappers know sign language, he takes her to bathroom to clean up and tells her he know that she can talk, he doesn't tell the ret of the kidnappers about it. I think they she and the kidnapper that knows sign language falls in love. I am pretty sure the name of the book has the word Scream in it.
