The the Seven Lucky Gods are often depicted aboard their sailboat, the Takarabune, or "Treasure Ship." One of the many treasures the Gods are shown delivering is food. Read a book with something that can be eaten (by humans) on the cover. REQUIRED: Include the cover when you post and identify the object.

Yep, veggies in a basket.

Depends on what you have in mind. Can you be more specific?

No, it doesn't have to be dead in the picture on the cover. We'll just assume someone would deal with it humanely before eating it...... ;-)

Megan Anderson (ms_anderson) | 1464 comments Awesome! That's super-helpful.

Now, on the subject of cannibalism...jk *_~

Either of those will work. Please note preapproval when you post the completed task since the food is tiny and hard to see!

No, sorry. Food (or condiments, candy, fruits, veggies, etc) must appear on the cover.

Girl Online (Girl Online, #1) by Zoe Sugg one of the little photos is a milkshake

No, sorry, a milkshake is something to drink not eat. So Girl Online (Girl Online, #1) by Zoe Sugg won't work.

However, honey works and so does a fortune cookie, so either The Secret Life of Bees by Sue Monk Kidd or The Good Luck of Right Now by Matthew Quick WILL work.

Nikki Having watched both Duck Dynasty and Heston Blumenthal's cooking shows, humans aren't always that fussy about food so this task is pretty wide open:).

Insects work! According to the National Geographic:"Flies that develop on various types of cheese take on the flavor of their host, and the species from water habitats may taste like duck or fish. Who knew?? ;-)

I would assume those little flakes are sugar crystals so, yes, this will work. Please mention that it was approved in the help thread when you claim the book for points so DLMRose doesn't have to rethink it.

Yes, that works. Please point out the candy bar when you claim the book for points, though. It's easy to miss!
